My experience with underdeveloped land in my community has given me the ability to recognise the need for total care concerns for my community's constituents and the opportunity to use my Public Affairs Management Degree to explain those needs. Whether a natural disaster strikes or a man-made one occurs, we will have you covered. The goal is to build a sustainable model for an alternative society and to safeguard individuals at all costs to guarantee that their basic needs are addressed. We have a team of highly qualified professionals, including brokers, lawyers, accountants, software specialists, agri-engineers, project managers, development contractors, and HR teams. The research and feasibility studies we conducted are now nearing completion, and we are eager to begin the project's implementation phase. We have conducted surveys in Michigan townships, expert consultations, and project feasibility assessments.
Our first prototype will be ready in three to five years, as was previously indicated, and we will start our activities with a capital of $5 million. In order to successfully complete our project, we intend to raise money through a variety of channels, including loans, fundraisers, investments from the public and business sectors, and grants. The company's main goal is to produce the best products and offer the greatest number of services at the lowest and most reasonable price.

Providing Shelter to People at a Sustainable Location Underground in Case of Any Disaster
Whoever saves one life saves the Entire World
Rhonda Adams, NPBT Consultant of BMW (BUSINESS MEN & WOMEN), has come up with a new yet very thoughtful idea of providing a shelter to people at a sustainable location underground in case of any disasters as discussed above. We are not the pioneers of the underground bunkers as there are already some underground bunkers that people with excessive resources have made in case of such emergencies. Some example of underground bunkers are also found in times of World War II. Our plan is to build a community underground where people are safe and can live their normal life when the surface of earth is not the safest place to be for them. We are planning to get this idea implemented and to get it practical in the next 3 years. For the initiation of the project we will be seeking investors (both corporate and individual), fundraising campaigns, grants and loans. Initially we are looking forward to gathering a capital of 5 million dollars so we can get started with the development phase. Another source of funding will be the insurance premium named Disaster Care Insurance Coverage. We plan to get started with three different types of bunkers targeting audiences with different resources named silver, gold and platinum bunkers. Classification into different categories is explained in detail in the products & services section.
We plan to construct underground bunkers for ensuring the safety of mankind in times of hardship like wars, adverse climate conditions, pandemic, celestial events etc. We have decided to get forward with this project at a location in Michigan, United States. This is a ten-year plan starting from 2023 and its expected completion would be in the year 2032. After this, we plan to move towards the phase 2 of this project which would be the same bunkers in Africa. In Michigan, we plan to acquire a land of 100 acres and use that for getting started with our project. That land is uniform, cheaper and the associated costs for carrying out the project are lesser comparatively.
In today’s world of technological advancements and continuous innovations we have made this world a place where we are living under a threat of anything worst happening to this planet, may it be a nuclear war, Inhabitable surface of the earth, bioweapons like diseases and also some disease outbreaks like Covid-19. We cannot ignore the fact that this threat remains. Having examples of the nuclear bomb in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, these places were exposed to nuclear radiations many decades after the bombing too. As there are a lot of nuclear powers in the world now and an ever-increasing greed for power, we cannot deny the fact that wars are inevitable. If this world moves towards another world war, then it will leave the world inhabitable as the biosphere will be filled with nuclear radiations and destruction all around. For such conditions, we should be prepared beforehand. In the current situations where there is aggression in many parts of this planet specially Asia, it will be no surprise for any of us if any escalation takes the form of a war and this war will have its effect everywhere on the world, may it be America or Australia. Even if we ignore this threat, then there is something bigger waiting for us too and that is global warming and destruction of the ozone layer. This is a cause of real worry today as the climate change experts have warned us that this world is moving towards the age of humanity extinction if it continues in the same manner. We can see the effects of our ignorance towards our social responsibilities in the form of melting of glaciers all around the world, increasing water levels in oceans and seas, skin and other diseases because of the disruption of ozone layer resulting into the UV rays entering the surface of earth not only causing severe diseases but only increasing the temperature of earth causing global warming. Moreover, there have been various threats in past few decades relating to the celestial events. Some of the meteors or asteroids have been tracked to move towards our planet and have been shot down in the air as they could’ve had huge scale destruction on Earth on collision. These are some major areas of concern and the reasons why we should look for an alternative and sustainable way of life in case of such emergencies. Our core team members are highly experienced and have an in-depth geographical and construction engineering knowledge. They will be able to build highly secure and lavish underground bunkers for our valued clients.

Our targeted audience will have a variety of options to select from depending on which suits them and their family as we are targeting not only single families but also Veterans varying in age from 17 to 40. The three plans being offered are as follows:
SILVER
- - This plan will cover 40% of the total projected area thereby taking a total area of 1,655,280 sq feet equivalent to 38 acres of land.
- - Each bunker will be covering a land area of 250 sq feet which is equivalent to 0.0057 acres of land thereby allowing to accommodate a total of 165 silver class bunkers.
- - Each bunker will have 1 room only.
- - Each room can be shared by 2 individuals only.
- - Typical amenities include moderate standards of comfort. availability of staff service and cable TV.
GOLD
- - This plan will cover 30% of the total projected area thereby taking a total area of 1,241,460 sq feet equivalent to 29 acres of land.
- - Each bunker will be covering a land area of 550 sq feet which is equivalent to 0.0126 acres thereby allowing to accommodate a total of 83 gold class bunkers.
- - Each bunker will have 2 rooms and a living hall thereby having a capacity for 4 individuals in total.
- - Each room will be shared by 2 and will have a joint bathroom.
- - Each bunker will be covering a land area of 41382 sq feet which is equivalent to 0.95 acre of land.
- - Typical amenities include higher standard of comfort, gym, cable tv and availability of staff service.
PLATINUM
- - This plan will cover 20% of the total projected area thereby taking a total area of 827,460 sq feet equivalent to 19 acres of land.
- - Each bunker will be covering a land area of 800 sq feet which is equivalent to 0.0183 acres thereby allowing to accommodate a total of 33 platinum class bunkers
- - Each bunker will have 2 rooms, living hall and in-room jacuzzi.
- - Each room will be big enough to accommodate 3 individuals thereby having a capacity for 6 individuals in total.
- - Typical amenities include premium standard of comfort, gym, cable tv, premium bedding, designer toiletries.
